Since the 1994 Genocide Against Tutsi, Rwanda under the leadership of President Paul Kagame has made incredible and un-expected strides.
While many tried to define Rwanda by the tragic events of the 100 dark days, Rwandans through their characteristic resilience have created a Nation built on solid justice, respect and equal treatment of all Rwandans under the law.
As an observer from beyond Rwanda’s borders, and a firm believer that Rwanda’s better days are yet to come, I have written and commented on social and political events that have shaped the New Rwanda.
